One year ago at the Industrial Security Conference 2022, the critical competence landscape in Industrial Cybersecurity was a hot topic. With a mission to do something about the situation, Treschow&Son gathered major infrastructure companies from Norlys, Siemens, Danfoss, and Danish Crown and OT Security experts from ICS Range to brainstorm on possible solutions.
Since then, Syddansk Erhvervsskole and DINForsyning have joined the workgroup on its mission to secure more competencies to the industry.
One year later, and in the following days at the same conference, the workgroup is ready to present a white paper with suggested key initiatives to upskill and build more talents in Industrial Security, both in the short and long term.
With some of the initiatives already in motion, it is now the workgroup’s focus to get companies as well as public institutions invested to see the necessary effects.
